THE ROLE:

Due to the ongoing rapid growth of our business, Injury Treatment boast an exciting opportunities for  Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to join our team. We provide tailored career plans, enabling individuals to achieve their aspirations. Within this role you will be providing a high standard of clinical consulting services achieving early, safe and durable return to work; in the form of rehabilitation assessment and case management, ensuring a consistent
high level of customer focus, needs of all stakeholders are reviewed and addressed regularly to achieve exceptional clinical and return to work outcomes. You will provide thorough and comprehensive assessment and return to work management, with a wide range of injured workers with musculoskeletal and psychosocial barriers.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy

Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills

A high level ability to clinically reason and strategically plan RTW and/or clinical outcomes

AHPRA Registration

Full Drivers License
